Trusting the Moment

When life around you seems to coexist as a spinning top with the ripcord being controlled by the power of inertia and conditions of the people that you depend on . It sits idle in the hand of the agitator. Waiting for the opportunity to add speed, forcefully spinning without interruption, accelerating and decelerating at the moment of contact, just catch the current of the wind. Inhale deeply and allow your arms to spread wide. Selah

This flow of events that are sometimes not for you to control, but for you to realize that submission is the best way to avoid destruction. Submission presents the opportunities of free falling without a destination of your purposed direction, but an opportunity to lead you to the option of new beginnings. Don't sit idle in the storm, allow the rain to penetrate your skin, hydrating the core of your mental intensity that could be stimulated by the works of God.

Wait for the release from the storm, some rains 🌧 only happen for seconds, and can carry the weight of 30 years. Other rains happen for days and have the intensity of a knat around a banana. It's a gravity pull that keeps your attention, but because of the busyness it serves as a true distraction; it draws you, causing you to cling to its surface all while smothering you to the point where you realize you can't breathe.

Just rest, release, and breathe

New patterns, new atmospheres, new surfaces. Just breathe. You are now on the otherside of the storm. You remained focused but allowed the winds of God to glide you into the place of restoration. Trust the moment, you won't fall without knowing that your landing is being orchestrated by the winds and the rains. Every storm made you sense the presence of rain, sensation of wind, and the freshness of new beginnings. No residue, everything washed, it may look dull. Just ask God to help you polish it and present it for purpose.

"Humility creates bridges of opportunities."
