What is it that we are truly searching for? Why have we not found the one thing that would bring wholeness and peace? Surely, we've looked in the right places, attached to the right people and found ways of communicating that would spark lifelong commitments to being in developments that show our character and ability to fulfill the tasks at hand.

Complexities create compassion, after we overcome frustration. Leading requires learning and learning requires translation of the necessary messages into effective and efficient work.

Regroup, measure progression and not just activity, continue to move into the space of your influence.

Once there, build, create and see the finished product to the operational point, it may not be your task to see the end of something that you were only supposed to develop and present.
